We found the so called "product" on a mother earth news web page and therefore took the advertizment to be legit. A spokes man calling himself Ben Ford shows a product that claims to lead you thru all the steps to building a complte solar cell system from start to finish. But all they send you is more e-mail advertizing. The first email we received 10/24 says '' Hope you're already started making your own solar panels ..." and i knew we'd been had. Looking for a recourse to get our money back.

  • Hello,

From your comment I understand you have not received the product. Yes, the newsletter belongs to us, but that has nothing to do with the product itself. The members page appears as soon as you complete the payment. It is common that customers close the windows by mistake.

Please e-mail us at [email protected] and we will send you the product again.

We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and thank you for your understanding.

    Kind Regards,

    Ben.
