On October 17th 2011, company Affirmative Insurance Services had an insured customer that made an improper turn colliding into my automobile driver side rear door. I called the Fairview Heights Illinois authorities and they came to the scene, investigated the incident and clearly ruled the Affirmative insured at negligence, which was corroborated by the Affirmative insured indicated in the Illinois Traffic Crash Report. I phoned Affirmative Insurance, spoke with their insurance adjuster, gave my statement to them and days later Affirmative informed me that their "investigation" indicates I'm at fault contrary to the Police Report. The Affirmative Insurance adjuster quoted to me that "The police simply gave his opinion on what happened that day and wasn't a witness so his conclusion is irrelevant". Affirmative Insurance is 100% at fault and knows it however is unwilling to assume liabilty to my vehicle in excess of $1,839.74 per my auto repair estimate. In addition to Affirmative not accepting proper liabilty which they are at fault, customer service is simply atrocious and the worse I have ever dealt with in all my years of customer service. the management team had blatenly ignored any request and failed to return any messages left as promised.
