i had a pop up- you have won a $3,000 holiday to summer bay resort orlando florida-next to disney world. there was a sydney- australia phone no. so i rang that and they said yes and transferred me to this resort. much trying to get me to book other holidays, carribean cruises for about 30 minutes and then they said there is a fee of $800 dollars australian for 4 people and 18 monthsto take this holdiday- so on the spur of the moment i booked it using my credit card-which ihave now blocked but too late to stop this money being taken out. i went to my local bank and they said it sounded like false advertising and a scam, my husband was very angry so i rang the sydney no.VIP customer care 02 80155036 and they were very rude and said i couldn't have a refund. i'm now thinking of contacting the australian federal police fraud squad.
