Jail Call Services sold me a phone number that worked for 1 call for 1 day and has not worked since. My son called the number that they provided and it was diconnected. I purchased the service on April 15, 2014 and worked only until April 16,2014. I called the customer service department and they told me I cant receive a refun because they already sold me the number and I should not have informed the third party which is Global Tel Link. I am now out not only the $124.90 but also the $25.00 I had to use for GTL but GLT was kind enough to transfer those funds to my regular phone number.
I'm So Frustrated.
