O.k first i want to start off and me , stay clear of this company!!!!!!!!!! Let me, on the 17th of april i get a call from a person, that tells me they are from microsoft,and that my computer was getting ready to crash, and that i should do something real quick!!!!??? Try and get this right.(I have a tech support team,but couldn't find there number, So being on computer for 2 years, i don't know whats up, big learning curve for me.To the nitty gritty, my computer was worst off,then before they started working on it, plus they me at 3:30AM and woke me from a sound sleep to ask if the comp. was working right, i was pissed off, stay clear, luckily they they didn't charge me, or this would be a more pissed off complaint!!!!! stay clear of this people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yours truly sad too say. i didn't loss any money, thank god
