I filled in the order for "Free" sample - you pay only shipping of $5.99. Forunately I used a Visa card with a small amount on it which I use only for internet transations. The order was declined. When I checked the Visa transactions there were 6 declined transactions at exactly the same time and date - ranging from $76.00 to $109.00. Because they tried to deduct amounts larger than the balance in the Visa the transactions were declined. I have emailed the company at [email protected] but don't expect a reply. My concern is that it is a recurring debit - if I put more money in the Visa A/c in future will Garcinium keep trying the deduction? Deb

- Hi Deby, I to had a small amount on my Visa card & so far the money hasn't come out. I became aware of this as my partner had also ordered the product & paid the postage/shipping fees initially & now two amounts of $119.99 have been deducted from his visa debit card. I phoned my bank straight away & they could see that these amounts are also waiting to come out of my account when there are sufficient funds. The bank has advised to email the company & advise that we no longer wish to receive the product & for no further deductions to be made. We have 60 days from the date of the order to claim a transaction dispute so hopefully that will work in our favour.. B
