Very difficult and non-helpful customer service. My daughter & I spent over $220.00 on their products in March. Website says shipping in 72 hours- all took almost a month to arrive. Orders were not correct (missing some pieces & others thrown in that weren't ordered) also the "Free" piece they give you for spending over $100.00- sent us both the same piece that neither wanted. Called and wrote and called multiple times with no resolution. Will never spend my money here again & I'm a collector of Fontanini. You'd think they'd want to keep a customer? My advice- find another seller of this product if you're buying Fontanini. You will not get a call back from them no matter how many times you try.
