When I called the 1-800 424-3334 customer service to get my balance and check all transaction thats when I discoverd a transaction that I did not authorize. CWOFCU represenitive gave my the name and number to pasta and more. I called they gave me the run around saying they had no information on me. I told them I did not authorize this money to be withdrawn from my account. Their response there is nothing they can do for 48 hrs. All they gave me was a fax #818-442-0186. I called, really couldnt tell me anything except that I had to wait. I disagreed. On this day of 11-02-2011 I went in to my branch and talked to Mrs. Yanez, Service Representative and filed a fraud claim. Surrendered my visa debit for her to shred. Applied for another card. This is the second time this has happened.
