I received several penny charges on my account on 10/26. I called to ask Funding Guarantee why I had received the charges and was told that they were making sure an upcoming ACH payment for one of my bills would be "good". Two days later, on 10/28 they took 30.00 from my bank account. I didn't have much money in my account, so that left me with -19.00 PLUS a 34.00 insufficient funds fee. The money left in my account was meant to cover a few checks I had written last week and they all made me have insufficient funds fees. I ended up with a total of about 200.00 in fees and damages. It took several phone calls to Funding Guarantee before they would remove the charges. I have yet to receive a credit to my account and it is 11/2.
