I ordered a pair of Pikolino sandals 3/28/14. I received an email to a link to pay for the sandals. It was an odd way to pay for them, so I used a Paypal link to my American Express card. The payment went to a Chinese name. Several attempts to contact their customer service and the said owner have gone into a black hole. I filled a dispute with American Express today but believe that I have lost my money. Don't make the mistake that I did.
