After performing a deposit of 2700 USD to the Univision Tarjeta, the company suddenly blocked the card waiting for confirmation of the deposits. Since August 2013 the funds are seized and fee is charged montly for the services.

Customr service is not helpful, funds are not returned to my bank account and fees still charged to my card balance.
