Following please find email that have passed between myself and the Company who have scammed me. I have tried to resolve this matter through PayPal who state that they are unable to mediate in this instance. Following my claim, Josef Luptak informed his other users on his site message board, that from November he would not be using PayPal.

I cannot understand why my requested payout has been returned to my account balance as I believe I have done everything to keep my side of our agreement as per the FAQ and TOS.

I cannot reinvest unless I am being paid by you.
I think that I have shown my willingness to cooperate with you.
I have read the terms, faq's and your messages but none of these tell me what I am doing wrong, or what else more I need to do.

I cannot withdraw my Paypal action, or be active within the account, until a satisfactory agreement is accepted by me concerning the payment of my account balance, now more than two times your maximum payout limit. I do have an Alertpay account also if this is an alternative solution.

sorry for last email, i little nervous, take out disputes and i close now your suspend and promis you- faster payout ,give me 3 days, i now no have money in the paypal, thank you
