I ordered this product online after advertisement showed Ellen Degenerus picture of before and after. When received I decided not to try the product. After 3 calls I finally received a RMA number. I was advised of restocking fee, $5.15 per bottle & shipping back at my expense. After tracking shipment that received back Feb 24,1914, called them 8 times. On the 8th called I was finally transferred to an Escalation Mgr. He assured me of a $90.00 refund in 7-10 days. As of this writing (April 16,2014) it has been one month with no deposit back into my bank account. (used my debit card). Called 855-978-6683, the number I have been calling, it is now "A Non-Working Number"
