International boundaries
First it took 10 weeks to deliver a phone I purchased (instead of 1 week delivery promise). Once it was delivered I found the phone was already used and faulty. I sent it back for refund/replacement/repair and they have now had the phone for three weeks. I get no replies on emails or calls. So now they have my phone and my money and seems like there is no intention to refund or replace my purchase.
