I received a call from Paradise Resort and Accommodations out of Florida. The caller stated that his name was Rick Tvans and that the number he was calling from was 888-871-6461 then he said after we get off the phone he couldn't call back. Then I started getting suspicious
Apparently I got my name drawn from a ballot for a free trip to the Bahamas with stays including Orlando, Daytona, and Ft Lauderdale. Before actually going to the Bahamas.
Later on the calller said that there will be a charge of 124.00/person and that he would need a credit card or debit card to complete the transaction. I told him that I don't have one. So he told me that he couldn't help me anymore then hung up.
ALTHOUGH IT DIDN'T AFFECT ME, I WANT OTHERS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS SCAM SO THEIR AWARE OF IT
