My mother ordered some cream for a free trial and was subsequently charged £89 and sent products she didn't order or want. Whilst trying to establish what was happening she has now been charged a further £95 and received more product she doesn't need. the company have been very unhelpful and the UK numbers go through to a US call center. She has contacted the bank to ensure refusal of further transactions, but they have said there is nothing they can do about the funds already removed and she needs to talk to Visa. Visa have advised her they are unable to help. I will contact the company via email and post and should this continue to be an issue will look to start a legal case against them.
