I attended a function that was held in Kit Carson Park to benefit the Escondido Humane Society. I purchased two leashes that were not on display from the BarkBling booth, paying cash. I was told I would receive the mdse in 5 to seven days. I have called, sent e-mails, all to no avail. Another lady was in the booth at the same time buying two harnesses. She also got the same delivery date. This is certainly a scam, if the mdse is not on the premises.
