I sent for a free sample from perfect radiance. I small bottle turned up and three weeks later (not even after the 30 day free trial they promised) £75 was taken from my account. Two weeks later £51.00 was taken. I had informed my bank previously and changed my card but they still took the money, despite me also sending them numerous messages telling them I don't even want the sample, asking them to contact me or send me a return address, and making it clear I want this to be stopped. I contacted my bank and it seems that as I gave them 'permission' to remove money they can. I informed the bank I only agreed to them taking £5 for postage and package, but it seems there is nothing I can do short of closing my account.
