Bought a dress for an event. Contacted via their site several times since no number listed, and after I realized that I became suspicious bc that is typically not a good sign. Asked for ship date, provided order number. No response. Then sent 2 messages asking for order to be cancelled again providing order number- allowing ample time for response since according to their site they are open "24/7 for customer care" without response. It lists that payment went to 'zhong Ming hua'- not sure if everyone else's payment went to same person.
