I ordered the "FREE" (S&H $4.95) 12/10/13. There was no other information saying anything about future automatic payments. I received the first "FREE" bottle of supplements.
On 12/25/13 my card was charged with $89.97, which went undetected until January 2014 at which time I tried to call them at 888-548-6661 several times with no answer. When the next (2nd)bottle arrived I returned it to them with a written request to cancel.
My card was charged again 1/23/14. I received another bottle (3rd) and refused it at the post office. Was charged $89.97 2/22/14. I called again and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then the phone went dead. Received (4th)bottle,charged again 3/24/14.
I kept the last 2 bottles. I called again today 4/10/14 and finally got a person who said she would refund the last charge (3/24/14) but doesn't have the authority to refund anything else, and told me to contact the manager thru e-mail: [email protected] which brought me to this place.
