I was approached by Done Right to repair my driveway and he basically put a coat of blacktop over my old driveway, lit the chunk he couldn't spread becasue it was cold on fire, witnessed by a neighbor, then left a pile of old blacktop he dug up on my curb for about a week. After I made numerous calls and told him the town police would be calling him to remove it he did, but left the driveway a mess with seams, and about 1/3 of it caving in. I called numerous times but nobody ever answers, then I filed with the BBB and they got nothing in return. I also asked a few of my police friends to look into this and so far he cannot be found. I'm not going to let it die I want my money back or the job done right.
