My complaint is that the software didn't do what it promised and eventually led to not being able to even read the PDF documents. I used it for 8 days. It would be irresponsible of me to stop there. The technician I spoke with assisted me as far as he could and when he saw this could not be corrected, granted my request for a refund. I already received the email stating the refund has been processed. I will confirm when I receive my credit card statement. As far as I can tell, they did not try to scam me out of my payment.
