I ordered skin care cream from the company Coll4skin. They offered free trail for this product, but they charged my account for full price of this cream. I was told that I needed to pay only for postage, which was $9.98. But I learned the real charge in the next billing cycle in the amount of $98.95. I had already called to cancel and, when the billing came through, called again--and got a litany of defense but no redress or satisfaction. I don't know what I can do at this point. I am chalking this up as an expensive lesson to have nothing more to do with Coll4skin or any other company with a slick-talking approach.
