I ordered "Office for Mac Home Student 2011 [Download]" for $48.99 and received a receipt via eMail. It contained an "Invoice Number" (537207), a "Transaction ID" (3946124701) and an "Authorization Code" (311141). Unfortunately, I was never provided with a download link or a product activation code. I never received a response to my repeated emails requesting this information and was unable to get a refund. This company is committing online fraud, which is a federal felony. The owner of this company will eventually get what he/she deserves -- an extended stay at one of our nation's finest incarceration facilities.
