I was walking to the transit center in bellevue, WA when two guys pulled up in a black Mazda SUV asking for help. He said his name was Antonio and he was a big time fashion show/designer from Milan, Italy and he needed some help. The fashion show gave him some Armani jackets as a bonus but since he was leaving for Singapore tonight and didnt want to pay for the shipping fees and needed money to pay for his car rental, he said he'd give me the jackets and i can return them at the store next saturday for about $17,000 in return for $2800 to pay for his car rental now. Red flags went off in my head the entire time but i thought this COULD be a guy that needed help. he showed me his passport, took out a lighter and put the flame against the leather of one of the jackets to show that it is real and insisted that i help him out. they managed to get $1500 out of me. when i asked for a business card or email, he said he doesnt have any cards and i should just give him my email and he'd email me within a day or two. now that im checking out the stories online, sounds like i should've trusted my gut instead of trusting my faith in humanity
