I recently opened up a new bank account and was on-line registering for online banking and as I finished a new window popped up asking me to take a survey and as a reward I would receive a "free" gift for my participation. Normally I would assume this was a scam of sorts but considering the timing I believed this was being offered in part by my new bank. I took the 4 question survey and selected the "free" gift and was quoted only $4.95 for the shipping. A month later I noticed a charge on my debit card, which I had used solely for the shipping of this product, however, Nutra Logistic started charging me $89.95 for this same product that they started sending me on a 30 day cycle.

As soon as I noticed the charge I called the company to discontinue use and have my charges be refunded but the representative who was extremely rude, claimed that there were terms and conditions that I had checked off on. I certainly did not read or knowingly acknowledge these terms and conditions. Furthermore, since the charges dont show up until after the $15 day trial period where a refund is permitted by this company than of course by the time you call in to request a refund the allowed time period has elapsed and no refund is granted. This was highly misleading and extremely deceitful advertising practices.
