I order a trail sample and cancel before 15 days trial period is over. They just automatically charge $89.99 on my credit card. When I call for refund for three times. They said the 15 days trial starts on the date when I place the trial sample not from the date when the sample arrive. They are now offering me a 15% of $89.99 for refund. This company is a scam. They are trying to hook you before you have the full 15 days of trial. Be very aware. they are crooks.
