I ordered a Bopping Heads system under the impression I would be part of a betta testing program. I paid $7945.00 for the system. I took over a month for the system to arrive and when it did there were programs that were not included with the system that I was suposed to have. I called, no return call. I emailed John and he did get back to me saying that I got my payment in too late and was not part of the betta test, but they gave me the system at the betta price so I would not feel that I was part of a bait and switch. I am missing programs like the photo booth and game shows ect. I only have the bopping heads. I was even told of jobs that they had in my area and when I had my system I would be able to do those jobs. Never happened. I am looking to get the other programs that I paid for or a full refund for this system. John does not return calls or emails ever since I bought the system.
