I hired this company yearly 4yrs ago to handle my pardon. In ontario you used to wait 3yrs to apply for a pardon, in april 2012 they changed the wait to 5yrs. As of right now it has been 4yrs, 10 months for me,so I would like to finish my application through them (i paid them nearly $800 for this service 4yrs ago). They haven't returned any of my calls or messages (I've left 12-15) and haven't responded to my emails. I started a new application with my same name, at which point they DID call me back. I explained to that man the situation and he said he only deals with opening applications, not the actual casework. So basically they have my $800, most of my paperwork, and it's stuck at the point they need to submit it officially to the government for me. They have my money and haven't actually done a thing.
