PAID FOR A THEORY TEST FOR MY DAUGHTER SAID IT INCLUDES A RETEST.DAUGHTER FAILED SENT THEM FAILURE SHEET AS REQUESTED. THEY THEN REPLIED SAYING SHE DOES NOT QUALIFY AND TO CHECK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WENT BACK ONTO THEIR SITE AND WHEN ATTEMPTING TO CLICK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE PAGE DOES NOT LOAD. CALLED THERE SUPPORT LINE ON 01253 593988 THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS COMPLETELY IGNORANT RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY. DID NOT BOTHER TO PASS ME ONTO A MANAGER AND SAID THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO AND TO TELL MY DAUGHTER IF SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...."IS THAT PROFRESSIONAL????" DONT USE THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY DISGSTING AND DISPICABLE SERVICE AND THIEFS WHO CON INNOCENT YOUNG INNOCENTS TEENAGERS.
