I want to share with everybody.I order day and night serum to try i order online they said 30 try .I don't know when i order it because i don't have no paper nothing i don't know how much on 3-13-2014 I call the lady pick up the phone i told her sorry i have to return back the stuff because i have allergy on my face she give me the cancellation number is1533515 and 1533521 and i ask her where to return because i don't have my paper work nothing she ask me if you don't return what you gonna do with that i told her i can not do anything because i can not use it.She said that fine you don't have to return she not gona charge me anything i think it ok and one more thing . I read the complaint that lady they charge her 300.00 .I think i call the capital one talk to her about this problem i not sure what day i call capital one she also tell me bank has a large problem same like this. I ask her they charge me yet she told me not yet they charge me only 6.95 for shipping .On April 4 i call the company ask him i already cancel it why they still charge me $93.00 i have cancellation number . You know what he said cancellation number does't mean anything. Im so mad I so sure not only me . this one make me scar to not order online anymore
