Ordered some Chanel Cristalle perfume, took AGES to arrive - at least 5 weeks - when it did arrive obviously fake - bore no resemblance to product and name even spelled wrongly!! Kicking myself for being so gullible but this is my usual brand & finances tight at present. Have sent e-mail to company but don't expect much joy based on previous customer reports.
