I read a complaint against this co. on your complaint page that is exactly like mine. I ordered a trial sample for which I had to pay $4.95 in postage and handling to get the product. Received the product with only a Thank You for your Order card enclosed. Nothing about having to call them within 14 days or I would be billed the full price for the product. I do NOT recall EVER seeing anything that said I had to call within 14 days because that is the first thing I check as I do not want to have to call to cancel.If I order a desk free trial, it should be exactly that - Risk Free - no catches. I am very unhappy about this chain of events and hope no one else falls into this trap.
