This clown Jay Adkisson attorney, in Newport Beach, CA charged me $16,000 under utterly false pretense of asset protection. He stole my money and I never heard back from this thief ever. I am an ex client of Attorney, Jay Adkisson, Newport Beach California. I was also a close friend of who is one of Jay Adkisson’s many women with whom he has four children. I was invited by her to attend a Super Bowl party at their home. I was impressed with the beautiful house and drinks, food, using the swimming pool, Jacuzzi for all the kids to play. Then I went over to his office for Legal advice regarding my foreclosure status and the possibility of fling for bankruptcy. But at that time I had too many properties and could not qualify for filing BK. So based on his stupid advice I ended up paying $16K to cook up some fraudulent scheme to buy 5 defunct companies to transfer most of the assets I have into all of them so I would qualify for the BK. I didn’t feel that this is right and I hired another attorney and the second attorney asked him for a refund. Jay Adkisson refused. I had to do some search on that attorney Jay Adkisson, especially when I was at his own house at the party.

Ladies and Gentlemen I was uttlerly shocked to tell you the following: Jay Adkisson and my friend introduced themselves to us as Husband and Wife, I saw wedding pictures at the walls at their house. At the same time I was at the house I saw Jay Adkisson and the same woman and the three other women of whom he impregnated were there too.

I asked around, they said that there are many child support cases that have been filed against Jay Adkisson. Child Support Services were intensely pursuing him and involved in seizing his assets. Is that possible to have a child support fraud??

According to Orange County Weekly Articles was published on February 22, 2007, Jay Adkisson has four women, three of them were pregnant at the same time. I have personally observed and saw that Attorney Jay Adkisson was there and four of his women was there at department. Jay Adkisson other women's names, Babette Nelson, Jemima Carwell and Tiffany St George. Apparently, Babette Nelson was working with this clown and now she disappeared – nobody has seen her since and her disappearance is a mystery that the police have never solved. I have found many, many, many Rip Off Reports under Jay Adkisson’s name. See for yourself. I’m not making this up.
