products equinox and Rvtl never ordered for the sum of £2.99&£4.95 which have never been delivered allong with£89.00 &£95.00 taken from the bank over the xmas period followed by further withdrawalls in Jan /FEB /March 2014 again no deliveries at which time we were not in the country upon arriving back checking Bank Statements the withdrawls were noticed contacting the company and speaking to Mr CARL DAVIES Was the informed the products were out of time for returning and no refunds But as explained Have not ordered any product and they have no right to take money from my account I have been told to check with royal mail for the products as they have been tracked to our address and been delivered through an opening in our front door and signed for Asking for proof of signature allong with the products also telling them we have no letterbox as well as not being in the country they tried fobing me off Best they can do even with a product would be to allow £130.00 against £185.90 what i would like to know is how they obtained the bank acc and what happened to the supposed products
