I ordered a dress for my wedding. When I received it, I immediately tried it on. It's a layered dress but the front is way to long and the back is shorter than the front. I immediately emailed them. Their first response was to send them a picture of me in the dress so they could provide a resolution. I told them I can't send pics..nor do I have the time to have it altered. My size is a sz 6 but I ordered a 10 to be on the safe side because all fabric is different. It's really snug in the bust area too. They emailed me back 2nd time saying they'd give me 15% off next purchase. I said I wasn't interested..there would be no next time. My wedding is less than 2 weeks away and don't have time to add more stress to my life. I just wanted a refund. They emailed me back a 3rd time, telling me they could only offer me 25% back off my purchase price and that the dress is beautifully designed and that I could find someone to buy it. I emailed them back telling them I wanted 100% of my $$ back and that they are a scam company and I don't believe these dresses are 'hand made'. I told them they could re-sale it faster than I could. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WISH I HAD LOOKED THIS COMPANY UP FIRST BEFORE BUYING. I was just trying to find the perfect dress..
