It has been more then three months and yet i havenot receive even a dispatch order from value basket.
i have been extremely patient with value basket on my order and have emailed and called them many times.
all i get are textbook answers saying about back log and they will deliver next week and week after week promises just get broken one after another.
i demand them to compensate for my time lost and the full amount that i will need to buy my items for since they failed to deliver. they should pay me back the full amount that will be needed to buy a new one and not the amount that i paid for.
