I ordered flowers for my father who is dying and was told they would be delivered 4/1/2014. He never got them and now he has died. I am concerned that the company claims to have same day guaranteed delivery. I asked for the flowers the next day. I was told they were out of flowers and could not deliver them because they did not have flowers. They charged me 197.00. I would have liked to express my love to my father before he died with flowers but Flower Deliver Express AKA Wesley Berry Flowers in Michigan could not deliver. I think this is fraud. If you have a problem with the company contact the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Division, The states attorney generals office of Michigan whether they give you a refund or not. I did not get a refund nor the flowers. I feel as though this company should be put out of business, there are many complaints all over the internet regarding this company but the federal government and the state of Michigan have to pull the plug. Stay away from this company, bad news.
