Placed an order for Women's Dansko Olivia Bronze Snake shoes, payment made through PayPal on that date. Have not received shoes. Seller has not responded to emails. Order status says "processing."
PayPal will not assist me in recovery of funds because, unknown to me, there is a 45 DAY TIME LIMIT TO FILE A CLAIM. I depended on the services of PayPal to protect me from unscrupulous venders and situations such as this! I feel I have been scammed by TWO companies, Bestmail.com AND PayPal.
