Made a purchase for 500P on Dark age of Camelot.

They then did not contact me for a while, I went onto their live chat and was informed that they were out of stock. (So why sell on site).

I then recieved a call the day after claiming that verification was required so I confirmed with them the necessary details.

After waiting for 4 hours in game no money...

The next day I recieved an email saying once more that verification was needed as they tried to call me while I was at work.

Since then I have been on live chat twice and spoke to a somewhat rude and misinformed ''ronnie richard'' (yeah right ...) who said that delivery was ready and that it was my fault for not speaking to them earlier.

Once again I logged in for 4 hours no delivery, when I went back onto livechat and got through a queue of 16 people the operator then apologised for the delay.

Another 4 hours later nothing...

Their email [email protected] doesn't work and the queue is stuck on 5 people on livechat permanently.

I seriously doubt I am going to get the money back or the in game money that I've asked for.

I would never recommend such a dire and shoddy service to anyone and feel deeply sorry for anyone who has the misfortune of doing business with such incompetent imbeciles.

So far it has been a week and still nothing.

However I have recieved an email stating that I need to tell them my fifa characters name which is great seeing as I've never ordered anything to do with this game.

Be warned, they are moronic theives and most certainly not worthy of your business.
