After a someone fraudently used my account to apply for loans over 200 UK Pounds where was taking out of my account by multiple online loan broker companies. Since then I have received refunds but, LoanZoo has become the hardest to talk to. They made me fill out a form, which I did and returned to them. A few days later I was given a date to expect my refund. My refund never came, I've been trying to chase it up for a couple of weeks now with no luck.
