I ordered a pair of boots from this online shoe store on March 4, 2014. I payed through PayPal. I received an order confirmation email with a contact email but no phone number. I waited the website's recommended 20 days for shipping but the boots never arrived. I've emailed the link on the website, the contact email on the confirmation email, and replied to the confirmation email itself. It's been 30 days and I have yet to receive a response. I initiated a complaint through PayPal and fortunately I will receive a refund.
