Applied for chinese 6 month double entry visa. immediately the company came off as incompetent, the person interviewing me knew nothing about visas, they did not ask me the correct questions. on numerous occasions i had to speak to people at their company to give information that they said previously i did not need to give and then ive had to explain it again to someone else there all over again, NO communication on their side whatsoever!
i finally received my passport back through the mail with a 3 month visa instead of a 6 month which of course was useless, there was NO covering letter in there whatsoever that explained why i had been issues a 3 month and there was no cheque for the difference refund of the 3 and 6 month visa. when i called up i was told that there was nothing they could do about it and i had to deal with it and sometimes the visas get messed up and it was my problem, the guy on the phone was extremely rude as well and was very unprofessional. their excuse for not including a refund cheque was that they had run out of cheques but as there was no covering letter explaining this, i find it much more likely that they were hoping i did not notice so they could keep my money without a refund.
All in all a completely shocking, unprofessional, incompetent company and i would never recommend anyone to use them in the future, most of them have no knowledge of what they're doing, there is no communication and their customer service is horrendous not to mention i have still not received a refund for the difference in the visa i paid for and the one i received.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
