The parcel was not sent by DHL, and was lost at Heathrow airport.
It is not acceptable that I should be unable to trace a parcel AND that the
sender can just say that its my responsibility.
Surely there must be some responsibility within the shipping train for
locating a consignment with a Tracking number?
The seller now has my money, refuses to help, and also denies
responsibility?
I've paid for an item and lost not only the money, but also the parcel.
