It first appeared as an ad with Dr.Oz's picture on top. I ordered,unfortunately,gave my credit card #and the amount was $4.95 dated Feb.17th. I just got my credit card bill for this month with the following amounts
3/4 $65.00 ISA fee .52 3/5 $28.00 ISA fee .22 3/20 $99.95 ISAfee.80. The box comes with no paper just a small jar called RVTL Anti aging cream

They are willing to give me a $40.00 credit but that is ridiculous
