Its was about a purchase of laptops,..They had an offer whereby you buy 1pc you get two free,...i negotiated for the offer of 160$ dollars which was inclusive of shipping..i sent them the 160$ later they asked me for more money by the name 'Brand Tax' amounting to 120$ so that they can ship the laptops...i sent them the 120$ yesterday and promised to ship the laptops immediately and was to receive them on 29th mar 2014 and now they are demanding a further 400$ for import certificates...This is so disappointing...Your help is highly appreciated....Thank You
