In December 2013, I ordered a sample online for $39.95 + shipment fee for about $5.95. Never received the sample, but received the product and ever since my credit card is charged punctually each month for the amounts of $69.95 and $79.95! I never intended to buy the product prior to trial and definitely had no intention to buy it every month.
There is no way to notify the company to stop these charges & shipments. No email address, tried their customer service in the UK - but there is not human answer. A constant recording advising you that your call is important and you are next in line to talk to customer rep. Nothing happens and no one to talk to. I alerted my credit card company to stop payments and yet they sending the product. It seems that the only way to stop this scam is to replace the credit card.
And, as far as the product is concern - it is not doing what it promise to do!
