In December 2013 I signed to have my computer protected. In March 2014 I had to purchase a new computer. iMAXsupport called March 26 to see how computer was doing. Told them I had switched to new computer 1st part of March and asked if coverage on old computer couldn't be switched. Told I would have to pay an additional $149.99. Was never told on original purchase that coverage was not movable should computer crash. Advise you to stay away from iMAX Support coverage.
