International boundaries
I bought an Asus Ultrabook and paid it 399$ by international bank transfer. Once paid they told me that for shipping the item i had to reach minimum order of 10 kg. At that point I asked to cancel my order and have my money back. They canceled my order on February 14, but never refouded my money. No answer to my mails to sales, complains, paid, refound services...Now I make a complain (against Yowyo.com) to Italian Postal Police.
