Paid for computer warranty that offered next day onsite service.It has been weeks and Bill Crawford has told me 3 different things: First they were going to send refurbished computer. It never came so then he told me they were going to have UPS pick up my computer to repair it , that didnt happen. Then he told me they were going to send parts to my house and send tech out, never happened. Finally, told me to take it to CPR(Cell Phone Repair store) in Mountain View,Ca. I was the first person that this company has ever sent over there? They determined it would be just as much to send me a refurbished computer and told me to have the Computer Warranty Company, Ron Keiser, who had spoken with them previously to give them a call. I left a message for him to do that and have not heard back from CWS as of 3pm pst. Ron is on cst or est....more later
